Financial ethics are impeccable and effective in supporting ecologically sustainable and community-supportive work. Personal contact is easy to access, courteous and helpful. Thus Triodos in many ways exemplifies both the personal and the socially- and environmentally-conscious business-related dimensions of what banking has often claimed to provide, but in the vast majority of current practice has failed so to do. Brilliant service and doing good to our society.

Always easy to use the service and with the knowledge of good security. Always kept up to date with possible scam issues and advice on best investment options. Whenever I have needed to speak to staff they have always been helpful and patient to help me when I need pointing in the right direction.
