I have been an online saver with Triodos Bank for many years now. Throughout many fluctuations of interest rates and banking changes. As a bank with strong ethics they have always taken the initiative ti inform me well in advance of any changes. The newsletters they send out regularly show proudly all of the initiatives they support. Every penny I save does so much good which keeps me hopeful at this time on the planet. My wish for the future is that all banks take a leaf out of the Triodos Bank's ethics. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Totally helpful on very complex transactions

A refreshingly 'adult' service

A refreshingly 'adult' service provided by people who do seem to care. Fairly decent online banking. Great impact reporting. I'd like to see what more Triodos can do to offer a more rounded service. Sadly the discontinuation of the overdraft option meant I've had to close current account. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
