A great customer focused and ethical bank

I have two savings products with Triodos for many years. The information about whom it lends to is unique among banks and its commitment to improving its environmental impact is way ahead of others. When one rings there is always a human after a limited number of options and rarely a noticeable wait. And the on line facility for statements and transfering money works well though avoid the trendy new facial recognition log in option which is a nightmare to join so I'd recommend it, and have done, to friends and family with the caveat avoid the facial recognition effort.
