The Triodos Online Saver account can only be opened in the Triodos banking app.

You can open a Triodos Bank Online Saver account with just £1 and there’s no maximum balance limit. The account can be in a sole name or joint names. The account can be managed via internet banking and in the Triodos mobile banking app.

Seeing the environmental benefits of your savings is amazing such as CO2 sequestered and organic meals delivered. Benefits are great customer service and ethical banking. Drawbacks are low savings rates and dated online service and app. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

Better Banking Better World in a very uncertain time.

I wanted to spread my money across morw providers and found Triodos to be the most trustworthy and therefor safest of all the banks.They were also 100% ethical, which is so very important to me personally, but also in a very, very uncertain world Triodos stand head and shoulders above all other banks for trying to make banking a positive industry for a better future for all people and the planet. Triodos are Tops!

Very smooth & positive experience with Triodos. Never had any cause to complain over the 8 years plus I've banked with them, plus they actually contribute to a better world significantly more than other banks: transparency, efficacy, social responsibility and proper green credentials (no "greenwashing")! A real feel good factor

It's great to know that our money is being invested wisely and for the greater good, rather than in fossil fuels, defence etc. The account range is small but enough, and the interest rates are competitive.
