The Triodos Online Saver account can only be opened in the Triodos banking app.

You can open a Triodos Bank Online Saver account with just £1 and there’s no maximum balance limit. The account can be in a sole name or joint names. The account can be managed via internet banking and in the Triodos mobile banking app.

I highly recommend Triodos for banking.

I highly recommend Triodos for banking. The app makes for very user friendly banking, with clear explanations of the different accounts. When I've needed to get in touch, the customer service has been helpful, with a friendly advisor on hand without much wait time. What I like the most is hearing about all the great work Triodos is contributing to around the world with my money, which makes me feel like I am actively making a difference with my savings. Ethical and climate friendly values.

I bank with Triodos because of its ethical and climate friendly values. Many other banks fund fossil fuels and other climate wrecking businesses, armaments and oppressive regimes and movements such as the violent and illegal Israeli settler movement in the West Bank Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
