Difficulties setting up the account

It was tricky setting it up initially because of the need for face recognition and when that failed initially, I was left unsure whether Triodos had accepted the application. Nobody got in touch to tell me what was happening and when I rang up I was told that it was impossible to continue with the first application so I had to start again. It could all have been smoother! Triodos are a good bank with easy to use processes. Their main attraction, which distinguishes them from other banks is that they do good and being ethical is foundational to their existence, not just a marketing message without substance Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Triodos is an ethical bank.

Triodos is an ethical bank. As a customer I know where my money is being invested. The bank staff are friendly, helpful and courteous when contacted. As a customer I am kept in touch with updates giving information of the groups where the money is invested. I can recommend Triodos on line banking service. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024
