Good Extras

I like this account as it gives me some good extras for a small monthly fee. Contact in my local branch is very good and I#ve always had good customer service in my long history with this bank. Reviewed on: 16th February 2016

good value

Easy banking

TSB are really good to bank with, I have two of their Classic Plus accounts. Their internet banking makes it so easy to move money from one account to another and they have a great app too. Reviewed on: 4th January 2018

good benefits but no overdraft for first 6 months

I switched during a bonus promotion they had running, went reasonably well but was disappointed that my overdraft didn't transfer (no warning about this at switching point) and there was no way to order a cheque book online so I had to go into the branch. The reward perks are well worth it though. Reviewed on: 3rd January 2018

No fuss account with benefits

We had a classic plus account as a joint account. It was very easy to set up, internet banking is a doddle and we also get reasonable percentage interest, very rare on a standard account (although it did get reduced from 5% to 3% unfortunately)! We’ve had no issues with this bank or account whatsoever, so are happy with it. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2018

Good account, with excellent customer service and ease of use on Web and App

A good bank account that provides a little bit extra with monthly payment. I particularly find that the app and online banking are easy to use and quick to access. I would recommend this account to other users. Reviewed on: 15th November 2017
