Informative Banking

We are relatively new customers with UTB, but from our initial contact to the setting up of accounts, we've received help and advice from knowledgeable staff who made the process so much easier. And the interest rates were really competitive. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

was looking for long-term savings accounts for our charity, and UTB had an excellent spread of lengths of terms at good interest rates. We have a 40 day notice, 200 day, and 1, 2 and 3 year bonds to spread out our savings. I found it very easy to transfer funds etc, and that was before the online banking was available. This has also made it easy to track interest amounts received for keeping the accounts up to date. I did struggle to track down what interest had been earned on each account before we went to online, but can now check whenever I need to - just had to for AGM and year end accounts - which was a great help.
