As near perfect as you can get!

As near perfect as you can get! Very good bank to deal with; responses are really quick and the accounts give a great rate of interest. What's not to like! Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Easy to contact responsive efficient staff.

Have always been able to make easy contact and staff are always helpful, responsive and efficient. It is a no frills Bank which is appreciated. The 'advisor' updates provided on issues such as Chancellors Spring update are very helpfull and useful in forming ideas on future tax planning and investment thoughts. Only downside for me (probably my age) is the 'no frills' element sometimes leaves me wanting some more detailed statement information but it is not a show stopper in any way.
