Moving accounts made easy

If Carlsberg did banks they would be just like this

I had reservations when I first moved to UTB a number of years ago as they didn't have the high profile of the mains street banks. It turned out to be a good move, UTB consistently give good interest rates & on the rare occasion when I have contacted them, I have found them to be extremely helpful. Excellent & easy on-line investment access

We invested a lump sum with UTB on-line. It was simple & easy to do. The follow up letter confirming the account opening & investment was quickly received. Great Customer Service

Encountered no problems when wanting to split savings into ISA's etc and when setting my accounts up Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

No mobile signal

I opened a fixed rate fixed term ISA in Oct '24. As a deaf person I struggle to use the phone. In addition we live in an area that has absolutely no mobile signal - so any sort of banking requiring secondary login confirmation via smartphone is a problem. UTB seemed to deal with these issues ok when I was setting up the account. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

Excellent service.
