Positive experience.

Never had anything other than a good experience with Vanquis. Sensible credit limits, immediate response to any issues (which are few and far between). Interest and balance transfer fees are a bit naughty but as long as you run your own account properly, these need not trouble you. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

Vanquis has helped me build my credit score so I could buy my first home. I would not have been able to do it without their assistance. They also have an excellent customer service team that helped when my card was scammed and assisted to get the money back to me. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026
