Lies, lies and more lies. Be very aware. No scruples.

4 years ago my wife had to call upon Vanquis t activate her entitlement to her support de had opted to take out earlier as she started suffering from Alzheimer’s. Now they have told me although my wife nominated me as her agent that they could not find these documents and I can’t represent her. I have written 8 letter and countless emails starting 02.01.2024. and I have still no response. Now this matter s in the hands of the Financial Ombudsman but now I am having all number of problems on my account with refusal to speak to me about my account too. Absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable. Avoid this cowboy outfit at all costs. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
