to be honest they is not much to say i get regular reminder when i am due to pay and i have been happy with my card so far Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Missed opportunity

Good for granting a card to help rebuild my credit rating. Good regular reviews of credit limit. Poor having offers better than rates i was on. Not being able to go on to those rates. No doubt granting me a card helped me re- build my credit rating over time. It enable me to obtain other cards at much better rates. Better monitoring of my account would see the good improvement of my credit and instead off increase to my credit limit to £3500 and smaller increase with reduce interest rate might just have stopped me searching for other cards at lower rates. you enabled my credit improvement but lost a lot of goodwill and business because you did not recognise this and move me to better account when i asked Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
