I had an Iva not very good at managing my finances but after repaying it off I then got a Vanquis credit card which helped me manage my money now I’m dept free buy my big stuff on my card and pay of in full every month now giving me a great credit score Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

I have been a customer of Vanquis for a few years and have never had a bad experience when dealing with them, staff extremely helpful, knowledgeable and supportive, if ever I’ve needed help at all. They are a first class company, with first class staff! Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Good for some areas, attention needed in others

For building credit ite good...until a minimal problem (even a tech issue) is encountered l. At that point Customer Service goes down the train and issues don't get dealt with. Need to ensure your services are to standard, but also the team we deal with when hiccups arise. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
