I’m disgusted at the behaviour of Vanquis credit card.

I’m disgusted at the behaviour of Vanquis credit card. I got 600 credit limit and was also offered an increase to a 1000 I was late with one payment my payment history was very good otherwise I would not have been offered an extra 400 credit if I was a bad payer,now I’m thinking of closing my account as what can you do with £100 pounds life is expensive 100 goes no where so I’ve stopped using the card because it’s pointless. When dealing with vanguis we have always been treated fairly, and with respect, the staff are always helpful and polite, and nothing is ever too much trouble. We are sent updates regularly, and we find the app very easy to use. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
