Genuinely impressed

I would like to thank Vanquis as they were there for me at the beginning, when my credit rating was poor. I am now in the 950's & flying. To be honest, I've never needed to actually contact them as everything has run so straight forward. The app is visually & technically very easy to use. There isn't anything I can find, especially compared one or two of the big financial institutions I have used. The new app is even smoother, I'm really impressed. It very easy to set up, good service, very easy to use, vanquish always let you know what happening, I. e they change the old to the new app, they inform you of what going to happen, it also helps with your credit builder, and always let you know when the next payment coming out eventho, it going through direst debit, I would 100% recommend this to anybody Reviewed on: 20th May 2026
