Excellent service.

Excellent service throughout my account and very swift to act upon potential suspicious activity. I have always been given the opportunity to increase my limit on my terms and the Vanquis app is a very useful and easy to access and understand tool. Excellent and caring company which is why I have remained with them through all of these years. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024

Customer support

Have had good customer support when I found I was struggling to pay due to COVID and no work. We agreed a payment amount and card was suspended until I had paid it off. They were in constant touch throughout. Outstanding amount all paid and card has now been reinstated. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
