Vanquis are the worst credit card provider.

Vanquis are the worst credit card provider. The services are slow, it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone English speaking and the people you do speak to are really rude and condescending. They also take absolutely ages to respond to complaints. Even the complaints team are rude. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2024
