I contacted Vanquis about my APR being a little bit...

I contacted Vanquis about my APR being a little bit eye, they must’ve listened to what I said as they sent me an email giving me a lower APR which I am very pleased with so I would say always read your emails but I will say it is slowly creeping back up which I feel Vanquis need to look at this as interest rate I’ve come back down a bit but overall I am happy Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

good but aint great yet

I have been a customer for 2 years and Vanquis have been great , helping me to get my debt under control and they also do give me options if I need them. The only downside is that they are slow to inform me of changes Reviewed on: 1st May 2024

Vanquis helped me in my worst time

I needed a credit card when I found my dog was slowly dying for treatment and Vanquis was Brilliant. I don’t have the best credit score but with Vanquis I was able to pay for his treatments without stressing on how. Today he’s no longer with me but I know I did everything I can Thankyou to Vanquis i can slowly pay it off in my own time each month! Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
