The company to give you a chance

Great customer service and customers wellness

Vanquis has been very helpful understandng my medical issues for which I was unable to required amount to be paid back on my credit card. After listening to my case and going through the medical reports Vanquis made their decision to erase the interest and thereby asked me how much amount I can pay which I gave them a certain amount which was okayed by them and with the passage of time I paid the whole amount. Ver considerate and excellent staff who would give patience listening to the case and after that they will make all reasonable adjustments so that the customers like me dont fall in a financial trouble Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
