Useful but limited

I used the Vanquis card to build my credit, and it did the job. The app works but could be better. Interest is very high, so I wouldn’t use it beyond basic credit building. Customer service is average. OK for a starter, but not for long-term use. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

As a new customer im really satisfied with my vanquis credit card, it gives you the advantage of balance transfers and money transfers. The app is very easy to use and the phone service is exellent no long waits and also i received my card and pin very quick so didnt have to wait too long to use my card. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Good experience

Vanquis actually gave me a chance when no one else would. The application was quick, and I didn’t feel judged for my past. Their app’s easy to use, and I get reminders that genuinely help me stay on top of things. It’s not flashy, but it does what I need. Can’t complain. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
