Given me more credit as I am a loyal customer.

Given me more credit as I am a loyal customer. Did have some difficulty with paying with my debit card as I wanted to pay with my debit card and was not able to do this get redirecting to pay through my bank but could not do this as the co-op bank was not on the list. So had to make payments by telephone and then I eventually had to set up a fixed direct debit. Whereas I would of preferred to carry on paying with my debt card which enabled me to vary the amount I paid each month. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

All round customer service.

The security features are especially great with any purchases. The app is easy to navigate and if you need to contact them directly it is easy to do so. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025
