Was not informed.

I’m very upset nobody let me know that I had missed a payment. I had charged bank account and now have bad credit. If I was informed I would Of pay it. I’m very upset and stressed about it. Fair amount to pay back

Just when i needed

Easy and fair

One of the best companies I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with for financial products. Never had a problem getting through to customer services when I’ve needed to, and they always endeavour to ensure my problem or query is resolved with the first contact.
