Velosure - a little slice of magic

After months of trying to find a decent insurer for my bike, I stumbled across Velosure who had great reviews, unlike all the others! i didn't hesitate to get in touch with them, and get my bike quoted up which was really reasonable and easy to set up. I also had to change my cover slightly, which was dealt with efficiently and promptly. I haven't had to claim yet but I have piece of mind and know that if I ever do need to make a claim, I will be in good hands. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024

Continued good experience

My experience over the many years has always been positive with Velosure. Claims have always been dealt with quickly and efficiently. My only interaction this year has thankfully been during the renewal which was easy and the cost competitive. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024

Simply simple

I had the need to use the claim process recently due to a small accident. I thought there would be a lot of wriggling from closure to not pay out but how wrong was I. Submitted all the info, had a call promptly, finalised the claim and had the funds the next working day. Absolutely fantastic. Reviewed on: 8th July 2024
