Great support and service!

From early mortgage discussions to drawdown and now redemption/repayment, the entire Vernon team have been a delight to deal with. Easy to get hold of, no nonsense approach and unerringly friendly. Highly recommend - excellent service and very helpful staff

I never write reviews - good or bad ones, but I feel like I must write this review for The Vernon because they've been brilliant with me as a customer., and their staff are wonderful and deserve all the praise. I have been a mortgage customer for 3 years now, and this is my first mortgage. Each time I've ever been in contact with their staff I've always received excellent customer service and they have gone above and beyond to answer my queries, get back to me promptly and offer advice and guidance as needed.. On top of that, in a market where rates are ever changing, I do believe I've been offered a brilliant product from The Vernon, and would not get the same deal or same care elsewhere.
