complex income mortgage

We managed to use income projections from a client towards affordability, as the client had seen a large uplift in income year on year since covid, which was very bespoke and managed to get us where we needed to be Reviewed on: 13th March 2023

So easy to deal with

We almost lost the house that we were hoping to buy because the bank we approached for a mortgage was so slow. The Vernon stepped into the breach and processed our mortgage at lightening speed, meaning that we did not loose our purchase. The Vernon’s mortgage team could not be more helpful, and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

A real lifeline
