Very happy with the service, but frustrated by the number of hoops we had to jump through to complete the application - Not sure if this is just down to a nervous market place following the collapse in 2009 or new legislation!? Reviewed on: 1st April 2019

Up to now my experience with Vernon Building Society has been very good but I do not feel in a qualified position to answer on the complete experience as it is still on going. There was a valuation on our property last Monday but we have heard nothing. Reviewed on: 1st March 2019

Poor service and lack of understanding of customer needs.

Requests not actioned correctly nor quickly. Staff seem to have little idea about systems and requirements. Poor response time to questions raised. Difficult to speak to individuals via telephone and call back requests not actioned. Reviewed on: 8th February 2019
