Common sense approach.

I was very much in a dier place when I got in touch with a proper financial adviser who helped me to gather all the information they needed and within weeks I had the mortgage I needed . I was with in the border area for approval ,and never looked back. Reviewed on: 21st January 2020

Took the time

We approached The Vernon for a self build mortgage in early 2019. Despite many trials and tribulations The Vernon stuck with us, took time to understand our position and really made it happen for us. THe very opposite of 'the computer says no'! Thanks to all at The Vernon especially Rosie Grant! Reviewed on: 21st January 2020

Caring efficiency from staff who we have known by name over 30 years.. Fantastic!!

Flecible service over 30 years: First took out a mortgage with Vernon BS in 1988, which became a joint morgage when I married, then increased to buy a larger property. Later paid off a lump sum after a windfall, then increased mortgage again for an even larger property. Buy to let mortgage in 1997 to purchase a rental property. Personal and helpful

I was surprised when I called up and asked and met with ‘i remember speaking to you before’. Small helpful and very friendly team. Flexible and were able to help shuffle my mortgage stage release payments to help with my cash flow which was amazing Reviewed on: 8th January 2020
