Truly personal service.

I accompanied my daughter to a couple of meetings when she was starting to look at buying a flat. She had a "help to buy ISA" which really helped, and the additional Vernon bonus was another plus. The service and advice received was exemplary, and you helped to guide a novice through the whole process. You also really worked hard to get the mortgage approved, when she had already had 2 other bigger societies respond with "computer says no". She is now happily installed in her flat, thanks to the Vernon! Reviewed on: 18th December 2019

Excellent service

Recently ported' our mortgage and had excellent service with a personal advisor all through the process. Hitches solved quickly. So different from the main mortgage providers- who pass you from pillar to post to solve issues. Thoroughly recommended Reviewed on: 17th December 2019

Excellent Customer Service with a friendly attitude.

The Vernon contacted us to advise which loyalty schemes were on offer when our current deal was due to expire and were happy to discuss which one suited our circumstances the best. So helpful. Customer Service is first

Self builders of a timber framed house. We had difficulty with the initial valuation and Vernon went out of their way to get a second valuation done so that they could lend to us. No-one is ever too old

Needing to downsize for health reasons, but sadly still having the need of a small mortgage, we were treated so kindly by the Vernon who have a range of mortgages for pensioners. So relieved after a stressful time. Such a delight to deal with too. Reviewed on: 6th December 2019
