When unsure about financial products, the staff are Helpful, friendly and, informative ,nothing is too much trouble .It is very pleasant environment to do business in. A local building society, providing five star service

A local building society, with an office in the village (Bramhall) ensures easy access and a friendly welcoming face to answer questions, resolve any difficulties, and explain the various saving options. This is a rare combination of customer service which is sadly missing from many other Building Societies. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026

Small can be good

Such a nice organisation staffed by such nicepeople who are always cheerful and helpful. The aspect I like most is the feeling of belonging to something small and intimate and above all locally based.
