Been with them since 2011

Been with them since 2011 and they’ve alway looked after my money and given my friendly customer service. For ISA’s they’ve got the best rates around, which proves they look after their customers. I feel very lucky to live within their catchment area. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

A proper local society.

Great to go into a local office and be served by excellent staff. Shame that hours of opening are reduced but I can handle that. information by email is to the point, not too many of them and highlights the important points. Wish I could recommend them to family but they live more than 25 miles from Stockport. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

Great interest on both my savings accounts, friendly...

Great interest on both my savings accounts, friendly and polite staff who go the extra mile for customers, and are happy to do so. I have even had a free will through Vernon too. Whilst there they invited me to their centenary celebration on Thursday to meet the bear and have a slice of cake too ☺️ Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

The benefit of being a member of the Vernon is that...

The benefit of being a member of the Vernon is that I can get to a branch easily and there is one of their branches open every. I can talk to the staff about my savings etc and they can give me an immediate answer. They do have online access I believe but I have found it better to talk to an actual person rather than sending an email and waiting for a reply ,which might then lead to another question. The staff are always ready to help and sort out any transactions needed on the day. I am also proud to be a member of Vernon as they care and support local charities and local commmunities. The savings rates are not always the highest but are still competitive. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024
