Superb service from Claire Hughes - manager Hazel Grove Branch.

New to the society both my wife and I have just opened Fixed Rate Bonds. The exceptional service and assistance given by Claire Hughes was excellent - a credit to your organisation. Clerical assistance by Haley Shaw was also super. Any employer should be happy to have such employees. We would be grateful if this email could be drawn to the attention of senior management. Thanks! Good but feels somewhat dated

Having signed up to the Fixed Rate Cash ISA to 31st March 2022 product which I think is a good deal, I felt a little deflated by the somewhat old fashioned approach of having to sign up by filling in forms and posting them off to Vernon and then getting back a passbook, rather than being able to do it all online. I've since registered for online access so am halfway there but the whole process took far too long. Reviewed on: 7th January 2021

Excellent

I like the friendly, welcoming atmosphere at Bramhall and of being updated on new products when the become available i.e. FRB8. In Vernon terms generally, I was disapointed in the discontinuance of monthly interest on my X100 savings accounts. Most people work to a monthly budget and this made quite a large reduction in my monthly available funds. Other than that - fine. Reviewed on: 1st December 2020
