Great Service, Very Informative

We had amazing service when we opened our Help to Buy ISA and were given lots of information on the product its self and how it works and were also offered advice on mortgages but declined at this early stage as we do not have the savings as of yet. Reviewed on: 21st January 2020

Local, Helpful, and Supportive

My 98 year old Mother-in-Law is a longtime member of the "Vernon", but no longer able to cope with her finances. With POA over her affairs, my wife and I have received the utmost help and support from the Vernon Building Society, in protecting her interests and administering her financial needs. Going above and beyond

Help to Buy

It was super easy to setup in branch, the interest rates are one of the best in sector and they even offer an additional 10% if you take out a mortgage with them. Sad that Govt have withdrawn Help to Buy for new accounts now. Reviewed on: 21st January 2020

Help to Buy Isa

I think vernon goes the extra mile when it comes to help to buy isas, the rate is fantastic and the fact they give you an extra bonus if you get a mortgage with them at the end is a great incentive to stay with the company, which I will be looking to do. The service when I went into the Stockport branch was amazing, friendly, informative and efficient. I always feel welcome to go in for anything I need. Reviewed on: 21st January 2020
