AVOID AT ALL COST

Cowboys...thieves!!! Have strung us along for 4 months making us jump through hoops while stealing our money Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Stay away

Shocking experience dealing with this company..4 months since our AIP from them, we have been jumping through every hoop they asked of us, paid out for extra surveys and they still say no! Absolutely Horrendous Experience - Do not go near them

Supplied all paperwork, took fee, 6 weeks later they decided to offer me a quarter of original amount despite my score being stable and on the UK average. Offered this at a horrendously high rate, lost house I wanted to purchase, went with another lender that agreed within a week but now need to find a property as lost the one I had my heart set on. They should be closed down, total shambles. It also took ages for my refund to come through, had to pay another valuation fee when I went with a different lender. Awful awful experience. Joke

Taken my valuation fee and my application fee and ran, in my application explained everything about property and its multi use, accepted my application took my money and then rejected my application on the same grounds I applied for. complete contradiction. valued my property 35.000 less then another mortgage company and an independent valuation, I get the feeling they had no intention of lending to me anyway. waste of time. Don't touch with a barge pole!

Our buyers applied for a mortgage with this shambles of a company about 10weeks ago. The initial survey/valuation report was done about a week later. 8 weeks plus on we are still waiting to find out if they have their mortgage offer. They have chased them, the broker has chased them, but still no nearer. We have lost the house we were going to buy whilst waiting for our buyers. As far as I can see they are a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! If you are a seller make sure your buyer isn't using this company! Reviewed on: 8th March 2018

Complete bunch of ametuers

Applied with this company as being self employed was recommended by the broker, what a joke! after countless paperwork of income, tax, ID infact everything you can think of, over 9 weeks and STILL no decision! So cancelled and demanded a refund. They are utterly useless and conduct themselves in a like wise fashion. Save yourself time and money and go with a better lender even if its at a higher APR, its worth it. Reviewed on: 5th February 2018

Absolute shambles

My broker applied for a re-mortgage and no word for 2 months until I said I was going to take matter forward to get my money back. I paid 590 and only got 410 back, 180 was taken for administration work that wasn't done. What a load of rubbish, cowboy lenders. Brokers and the public to find reputable lenders elsewhere, please don't waste your time and money with unprofessional and unreliable set of scammers. Reviewed on: 8th January 2018

Utter Shambles

Terrible - hair falling out experience

My broker suggested these would be the best company for my circumstances. Buy-2- let. Has taken 2 months now and no clearer if I have the mortgage even though the valuation went ok over 3 weeks ago.
