Very user friendly, easy to manage your account online and on the phone. Always got through to friendly helpful staff that actually sorted your problem without passing you around. Purchase interest charges unfair

Being charged interest for a purchase transaction which hits the account on the same day as a payment to cover the purchase is unreasonable. Credit cards should not be operated in such a mercenary manner Reviewed on: 15th January 2019
