Purchase interest charges unfair

Being charged interest for a purchase transaction which hits the account on the same day as a payment to cover the purchase is unreasonable. Credit cards should not be operated in such a mercenary manner Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

Quick, easy and great customer service

I have had no issues with Virgin through the years that I have been a customer. Good offers, not too many marketing emails, excellent customer service and a great website, haven't looked or tried an app so cannot comment on that but I am very happy with each element of the service provided and how they have dealt with me as a customer. statements and customer treatment

I've called to ask for missing statements in the light of the self-assessment as they only keep a very limited number of statements online. Turns out they charge 4 pounds PER STATEMENT. That's right, not the whole year to be posted, but per statement. That's is just ridiculous and unheard of. Barclays charges a fiver for a whole year's worth. The guy on the phone was trying to help but in the end, he did nothing but wasted half an hour of my life. He was a nice guy though. Sending statements is less than peanuts for them and so not worth upset customers. Should have cared less about them trees and opted in for paper statements. Reviewed on: 15th January 2019

poor poor service

unexpected charge when I cancelled a DD close to its payment date. I ensured a replacement debit card payment reached my account on the same date as DD was due. Still charged!! Reviewed on: 14th January 2019
