Utterly incompetent

SECOND time Virgin have done. I pay my balance over the phone and the useless incompetent thieving ******* don't process it. And then proceed to charge penalties for none payment! I even have the phone call recordings for proof. But just try and get it in to their THICK DUMB heads and get something done about it... its IMPOSSIBLE. SCUM company. Reviewed on: 18th January 2019

Can't fault them

Very user friendly, easy to manage your account online and on the phone. Always got through to friendly helpful staff that actually sorted your problem without passing you around. Knowledgeable staff. Love the lounges! They also look after you by providing discounts like 20% off experience days. Reviewed on: 18th January 2019
