The best "Do it all" credit card around !!

A really versatile Credit Card, with a great easy to use website :-) I did have a question about my account and Customer services were really helpful with the fact that i'm not great on computers. They gave me all my options, and didn't mind having to keep repeating themselves because of my awful memory. Thanks virgin (Love your TV too !) Reviewed on: 9th January 2019

Non existent customers service

Been using this card for years, but noticed slip up in cust service quality when last year enquired about some interest charges. Chased up twice but never heard back. Kept on calling when stopping genuine on line transactions even though they were from the same vendor! Just waiting for the last cashback cheques to arrive, then I'll close the account!
