Needed help. They were great.

I actually got to talk to an advisor who helped me select the right insurance policy for my forthcoming trips. I wasn't kept waiting or transfered around, the lady on the phone was excellent, advising me on the right policy at the right price. Excellent one to one service. Reviewed on: 11th October 2024

Great company to deal with

Judge them after you’ve had to make a claim.

I’ve been insured several times by Voyager but the reason I keep returning is that having had experience of a claim being dealt with fairly and professionally in the past, is always a good indicator of how likely they will deal with any future issues should they arise.
