Friendly and well informed staff

Cover that others would not provide for a reasonable price

I was attending a lacrosse tournament abroad, and as such needed travel insurance which covered it. It turns out that very few providers offer cover on lacrosse, and those who do charge an excessive premium. World First offered good value for money cover on many sports others did not consider. Best for those with medical conditions

We are a family with multiple complicated medical conditions which most companies just refuse or offer massive premiums but because we actually don't have alot of problems on a daily basis or take loads of medication world first recognised this and our so our insurance was a realistic/fantastic price. Fast, efficient, friendly

I had saved up for two years and finally was able to book a motocross holiday for my son and myself so as to build our relationship after unfortunately having to separate from his mum. On arriving at the track on our first day, I was informed we would be unable to ride as we hadn’t any insurance in place. I had unfortunately thought is was included within our holiday package. Sadly I was mistaken. We were already at one of the tracks ready to go and my son was very upset. I contacted yourselves and you arranged for our insurance cover the very same morning, in fact I think it was within 1/2 hour. We purchased our travel insurance from this company and found it so easy to complete the form. We found the quoting system very fair. This insurance company determines the severity of your condition by the tablets prescribed and doesn't put everybody into the same catagory and so results in the actual cover needed which can reduce the cost considerably. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially those with medical conditions, I found it to be the best value company after having obtained quotations from others. Reviewed on: 4th August 2019
