Friendly and well informed staff

Fantastic company easy to use

Very professional and competitive

We obtained World First from the cancer Research website. Thankfully have not had to make a claim so cannot comment on that aspect. However, my wife was in treatment for breast cancer at the time we applied for the cover, and I have quite a few pre-existing conditions. The whole process of obtaining cover was very easy and extremely professional. All the right questions were asked about my wife's condition, and we took out an annual multi trip policy, with worldwide cover, including the USA and the Caribbean. It also includes cruise cover. The cost for the annual cover was in fact cheaper than a few other well known companies wanted for single trip insurance. Some did not even want to give cover. Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

VERY FAIR TRAVEL INSURANCE COMPANY!

I found taking out travel insurance with World First very easy, I think the way the questions are put are a lot fairer than other travel companies, they take more into consideration when working out a policy that is right for you. Value for Money

I have ongoing health problems and any Insurance tends to be expensive. In 2016 I paid £134.00 for two weeks cover for a holiday in Portugal. I came across World First online and was amazed to pay £96 approx for an annual policy covering Europe. Wow. I would recommend World First to anyone. Ian McIntosh Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

complex medical condotions

Quick and easy to fill in covered all our medical conditions my husband has quite a lot of conditions of which more than one are quite complex all covered and price was much lower than previous companies we have used in the past have already recommended to friends and family and We will definitely be using again in the near future we'll done Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

Fast,efficient,way above expectation...

Needed short-term insurance for my 16 year-old daughter to visit me in France...Her mother (who works for a MAJOR insurer 'thought' it not possible on her own policy as our daughter would be travelling alone... An extremely helpful advisor understood my situation immediately and gave me a 'ball-park' figure as I requested,then said he'd call back within 24 hours to confirm a small detail re: a prescription medication...bearing in mind am in France I expected to have to call back myself and 'chase' in a couple of days...but no,the advisor was back as promised within his self-imposed deadline to confirm.Payment over the phone by credit card...simple...cover details by email amlost instantaneous...
