Friendly and well informed staff

Medical screening made easy, lots of questions but sensible ones. Premiums reflect the screening they are very competitive and much better than some of the companies that I tried. Staff seemed well trained and helpful Reviewed on: 1st August 2019

Best customer service ever!

Had queries due to covid-19 travel plans changing, and Worldfirst were incredibly responsive and are happy to postpone the insurance cover to my as yet unknown future travel date. Cannot recommend highly enough! Reviewed on: 24th August 2020

Good service and Cover

We had to claim on our policy after my husband’s sudden illness meant cancelling our Ibiza family holiday. We were given clear information which enabled us to quickly complete our claim forms and provide supporting evidence. We soon received full refund of all payments we had made.
