Yorkshire Bank used to be an excellent Bank but in recent years they have changed and I now no longer consider them to be one of the best current account providers! Whilst things are reasonable they do not provide the top customer service they used to do. The personal aspect has gone and you are now just considered as another number!!! helpful customer service but too much paperwork

I joined Yorshire Bank and switched my main current account. Had the account opening paperwork in the post - my my there was a lot of it! Helpful customer services made sense of it. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 9th August 2015

terrible incompetent bank needs overhaul

I find Yorkshire Bank to be a fairly good bank.

I find Yorkshire Bank to be a very good basic bank and I am happy to recommend it to others. I can run my account via app or telephone banking or in branch. The branches are small but friendly and unfortunately the queues can be very long and slow. Reviewed on: 27th April 2015

No issues over last 30 years.

Moved to Yorkshire Bank from Barclays many years ago. Barclays failed to transfer my mortgage details over so stayed with Yorkshire Bank as they sorted for me. Reviewed on: 11th October 2014
