A Credit Card that helps improve your Credit Score.

I opened a credit card account as I wanted to improve my credit score and have better security when buying items on line. I was accepted straight away with a decent credit limit. I pay it fully every month and slowly my credit score is improving. The app is excellent to navigate with all the information you need to manage your account in one place. I really have not had to liaise with customer service but when I have, my queries have been resolved fully and with ease. A decent credit card that does what it says on the tin. Great starter card

Great starter card for those new to credit cards. Easy to manage. Seamless app. Rent reporting done for you. They are also forgiving with accidental missed payments and give chances to make a smaller repayment if needed. Reviewed on: 24th January 2026

Got into a bit of a money problem end of last year and they were really helpful made a payment plan for 11 months and kept account on hold till I got it cleared up and offered other support to they were just brilliant from beginning to end they made the arrangement best for me not them Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

Absolute scam of a company. Took 8 full weeks to look into a simple complaint? No offers for a credit increase even though all payments were made and on time. Customer service lie to you constantly about increases too. Nightingale from the complaints team needs some serious training on how to respond to complaints in a timely manner. Avoid using Zable at all costs.If anything goes wrong and you need their support, they suddenly act confused and behave as though helping you is some kind of favour. I was a victim of fraud, and even after the company where the fraud occurred confirmed it, Zable made the entire process unbelievably difficult. Instead of assisting, they kept demanding unnecessary “proof” and dragging things out. They’re quick to bombard you with loan offers and marketing messages, but the moment you genuinely need help, they become unresponsive and unhelpful. Despite the fraud being confirmed, I still haven’t had my money returned. I’ve dealt with many customer service teams before, and this has been by far the worst experience. Please avoid them it’s not worth the stress. Reviewed on: 6th January 2026
