Great Customer focus

Cashplus Bank has a great focus on their customers. This is shown in the manner in which they communicate. I have been with the Bank since it was just a credit card supplier and it is just amazing how much I have felt comfortable with all their processes Reviewed on: 16th March 2021

Be happy to recommend to others

When I inadvertently missed a payment, customer service were very understanding and supportive and reversed the charge I had incurred. The app is very user friendly and my account runs very smoothly.
