Excellent rates with an easy to use app.

Excellent rates with an easy to use app. I find that it has been easy to deposit and withdraw money. I would like other banks to operate with the same easy to use features. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

I have had my ISA closed by Zopa without my permissi...

I have had my ISA closed by Zopa without my permission, and incorrect information offered by their advisors about securing my previous year ISA funds, whilst a transfer of part of my ISA was taking place into another bank. The customer service is good and the team do try to assist, but I question whether they have the necessary knowledge and experience. The pots are confusing and the app freezes. Zopa have caused me a lot of stress and caused my losing out on half of last years ISA savings. Please do not open an ISA with them as transferring it could be a problem Reviewed on: 7th May 2025
