From opening the account to managing it, has been a breeze. Easy to navigate the app and the interest rates have been very competitive. Very pleased with Zopa and often recommended to friends. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Generally efficient and fair.

Generally efficient and fair. Easy to use APP. Respond well when interest rates change ie reduce savings rates more slowly and increase savings rates more quickly than other banks. Good communication etc. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
