Opened an account, as an account to keep my random transactions, didn’t think much about it until I started noticing the offers and how this could change how I see money. I've never needed to use their customer service.

I've never needed to use their customer service. The biscuit account is linked to my savings making transfers easy. There is cashback on direct debits very competitive with other banks offers. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026
