Okay but they make mistakes albeit they do correct them

Okay but they make mistakes albeit they do correct them. i.e. Advertised a one year rate on the website of 1.2% but gave only 1%, but after complaining they accepted their website was the issue (I gave a screen shot) and granted the 1.2%. So as I say okay but messy.. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021

Leading Rates

When I opened fixed rate savings products from Zopa for my wife and I, the rates were excellent and, despite the rates currently being lower, they are still leading the market in similar products. Reviewed on: 7th April 2021
