I took a loan out to purchase a new car

Very helpful from start to finish. The lady I spoke to who called me for additional information was just so lovely. She gave me additional info as I went through DV and mentioned it and I had just lost my father also. Very empathetic and spoke to me like a person not like a number like other companies.
