Simple, courteous application process, rapid response

I needed to borrow £1000 for a maximum of a year. The application was simple and realistic. The repayments are sensible and I can repay extra at any time. This makes the whole process painless. At no time was I made to feel inadequate. There were encouraging email updates during the process so you never felt anxious or forgotten. A much more pleasant experience than applying to a bank! Brilliant first impression

I only took out a Zopa loan last month, but the early experience has been fantastic. My loan was approved quickly, my terms were set out clearly and then when my first repayment was taken, they sent me email confirmation that it had all gone through ok.
