Great value loans and great service,

I would normally only have considered a loan through my bank, but having read reviews of Zopa loans on financial advice websites I decided to take the chance and go with Zopa. Fast, friendly and fair!

I took out a loan 20 months ago with Zopa to fund the purchase of a new car. The process couldn't have been easier. I needed £20k and Zopa to me through the whole process within a couple of hours. They were really helpful and made everything very clear from the outset. I had a decision really fast and had the money in my account within a couple of days. A few months ago, Zopa offered me an even better interest rate than the one I was on so I consolidated onto the new rate with the aim of paying less interest over a shorter repayment term (which suited me perfectly). The customer service agent was brilliant and within an hour, everything was sorted, saving me over £800 in interest. I also love the fact that I can make extra payments and even settle early without any penalties! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Zopa. Fast, friendly and very fair! Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
